Matthew K. Bradley

Matt joined Peloton in 1997 as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst and now serves as Managing Partner, Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer. Matt is the lead portfolio manager for the Large Cap Growth Equity and Mid Cap Growth Equity strategies in addition to leading Peloton’s Investment Committee, which is responsible for the management and oversight of all Equity and Balanced strategies for Institutional and Private Clients. Matt received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He has over 28 years of industry experience.

Stephen P. Carr, CFA

Partner & Portfolio Manager
Investment Committee Member

Steve joined Peloton in 2010 as a Partner and Portfolio Manager and serves as the lead portfolio manager on both the Tactical Large Cap Equity and Small Cap Growth Equity strategies, in addition to leading Peloton’s securities research process. He is also a member of the Investment Committee which is responsible for the management and oversight of all Equity and Balanced strategies for Institutional and Private Clients. Prior to joining the firm, Steve held similar positions with Winthrop Capital Management and Goelzer Investment Management. Steve received a B.A. in Business Administration from Taylor University, an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University Chicago, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation. He has over 28 years of industry experience.

Marla B. Mast

Director of Client Service & Investment Operations

Marla joined Peloton in 2017 as Director of Client Service and Investment Operations. She brings particular expertise in process and organizational design, communications and client relationship management. In her role, Marla manages the onboarding process of new client accounts as well as most aspects of ongoing operations and client service. Prior to joining the firm, Marla held positions with Accenture and Walker Information. Marla received a B.A. in Psychology from Indiana University and has over 26 years of industry experience.

David W. Morrison, CIMA®

Partner & Client Portfolio Manager
Investment Committee Member

David joined Peloton in 2019 as a Partner and Client Portfolio Manager. In this role, David advises clients on customized investment strategies and wealth planning, in addition to consulting with institutional clients on Peloton’s asset management offerings. He is also a member of the Investment Committee which is responsible for the management and oversight of all Equity and Balanced strategies for Institutional and Private Clients. Prior to joining the firm, David spent the majority of his career and held similar positions with J.P. Morgan Asset Management and PIMCO Investments. David received a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University, an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst®. He has over 30 years of industry experience.

Michael E. Hoover

Managing Director, Institutional Sales & Marketing

Michael joined Peloton in 2023 as Managing Director of Institutional Sales & Marketing. In this role, Michael is responsible for the management and oversight of all institutional sales, marketing and consultant relations initiatives. He brings over 25 years of industry experience working specifically with investment consultants and sophisticated institutional investors including: Taft-Hartley Plans, Public Funds, Police & Firefighter Funds, Corporate Plans, Foundations & Endowments, Insurance Companies and Captive Insurance Plans. Prior to joining the firm, Michael held similar positons with Caridian Partners, Reams Asset Management, Lord, Abbett & Co., and Conseco Capital Management, Inc. Michael received a B.S. in Public Financial Management from Indiana University and is accredited as a Certified Securities Operations Professional by the Institute of Certified Bankers. He has over 35 years of industry experience.
